Man i just seen a really sad post on EVE forums. Yet another person died because of some fuck tard. Her house was broken into and got shot and her daugther was shot in the leg. Here a post!

One thing tho about EVE we fight we bitch and have fun. When stuff like this happens we very very supportive too.

On other note!

I was working with Lez again and we were flying thought the runs today! Hell we would of got back at 10:30 this morning but there was some accident i think on the A55 :/ so it added another hour to my drive.

Anyhow Since i been there i Thought i was impressing the managment at the place. Lez well impressed with my work ethics and thinks my driving grerat. Tho i was also given alot of hints they like to hire me with work for them full time. Today tho i was sprised because Lez was talking to Mike the boss in the office. Mike said after this week we wont need him. Umm ok? I was told they really short on drivers? Yet they dont want me? I was confused and i was angry too. I was sure i signed for a 13 week contract for that place and atm i looking for that contract.

Anyhow Lez put a fight up for me while i was unloading and refuling etc. He said that they shouldnt get rid of me. Reason is he told them that me been fucked around for 2 weeks from:

Truck problems (Turbo) which the garage refused to repair until I complained.
He had bad starts which left him 4 hours late on return.
He comes in at 2am to try and orgainze the load and try to make it easy so he can fly around droping it off.
Hell he given up his social life and bobbies to do the job.
He come from the army with No driving experiance yet he a dam good driver!
He has no experiance in multidrops yet he has learn them all in 2 weeks. Which normal new driver or new staff takes upto 2 months that we be happy to hire.
His work ethic is better than the average driver and trys to get it done
He Yet he has turned in early EVERYDAY an hour before to get out soon as possable.

So he basicly said i really good and we should try and keep him! So mike sat there goes oh ok another 4 weeks. I was angry by this tho. I mean i get told one thing then another? So lez said you want to have a word. I said yes i need to talk i cant be fucked around like this. Thing is if they have a problem then they should talk to me! Also I dont understand how that gets about! So now i keeping an eye on this! and going to look for that contract :/

So yer umm other than that its annoyed me I worked hard and I also was try and learn so I can do it my self. I done 3 days on my own and they still want me with someone? Meh i dont understand but i looking foreward to my 3 days off from Friday :)

WORK
Well i doing ok with work. Tho the warehouse been lazy and started loading late so we were delayed for an hour. I have sat and sunday off as well and i in work on Monday buit!!!! BUT!!! guess what i am on my own!!

Reason is Management well impressed with me. Other driver said it takes 2 5 months to get a contract but you just come out the army and have no experiance and attacking the job and trying. That was in one week as well so in a way i happy and impressed i have been noticed too.

So now They want me but Like i said in other post 2am and no Social life? Not even internet lie too (Social wise) Lez said tho once to get your contract try and get day in loo? I was like what? basicly i working 12 hours but paid 9 hours atm. So what i do is ask for that and get 4 days working but 3 days off. Which sound good to me because then i can deal with horses and get horse poo smell once again :) or take part time work here and there.

So really i be working my Legal working hours and max working horses with them and!! have driving hours spare!. Managment doesnt like it but if i banging out 12 hours 5 days aweek then i not much got a life. One of the reason i left the army.

SO basicly i am happy i getting good impression of me. They like me but after Tesco rude maner they some what know i got a temper because i was angry about how that bloke was with me and lez. So they taken the banger tesgo off and given it to another drive.

Horses
Well i been to carna farm which i think how you spell it. Its a large Riding school in hope and i been there to talk with the yard manager. I told her i like to help out and keep busy. Also told her my past experiance etc. She said yer i would be happy to but come bad in Augest. Reason is there still orgainzing the place and waiting for the lisence so no work atm. I looking foreward to it tho.

Also i going to book a 1 hour private lesson in 2 weeks because i know i got Army money coming now YAY! So i hoping i get sorted in the Horse stuff. IF i can ride again and work with them i be alot happyer person. Then you guys will see the change in me. Just 3 year been shit for me in more ways than one.

Kate
mmm i some what pissed that timing with me and kate annoying. Kate busy as hell but some reason i getting worryed. I miss her and i love her but something not right! Reason is We hardly talk and i try on my part! I sent her emails and been very supportive etc. Tho something i can tell not right. Dont get me wrong but i dont think she losing interest! Just i think she may get hassel from family i think.

She gone on holiday tho so i have to wait and see how she is when she come back. Tho her brithday was on the 9th and guess what i havent done left a message say happy brithday. Reason is i had my Dates mixed up.

Well when i have money coming in i going to london time to time see dean and his GF. He a good m8 and he will be my Best man too. I want to drop by Evil C and vist! I missed ya and your ponys by the way.

Car
Me and mum been talking about are car. Its a good car but the Engine now on the deathrow path. Its slowly dieing and drink alot too. So sue been told we could get a new car but its Peugeot 306 10 years old and 92 miles. Selling for £400 because he lost his lisence. Sue thinks its ok but i think use the Army wage to buy it. Its ok its alot i got £1400 for 23 days which doesnt make sence but i not saying a word :)

Problem with Peugeot when it break down it not cheap but i have to see tho. He a boy racer tho so it may not be nice on fuel as he trying to rig it up. Tho we see and i keep looking around. I like a Estate tho because i can put horse gear init to be honest :)

Well Quick post before i go to bed. Well seems i lost some long time pals on LJ :( even tho i knwn them for 3 years but meh shit happens i guess. Tho i havent been very active but again i wasnt active anyhow lol. Now i am and hoping to be more active soon.

Well todays work was ok but Lez? was annoying me a little. He tends to snap and get a little rude time to time like i am some fool. Today i told him to back off with his behavor and explained i will not have that. He know i want to learn and get on with work so whats the problem? Personal i think he streess too easy and he does love him self IQ wise. Yer smart but dont be stuck up :)

Anyhow dont get me wrong i know the Rout 412 which is to Anglesey which is an Irland north west of Wales. Anyhow today was ok and we left with lez in the back sorting out order out while i am driving to Banger. Yer breaking the law there but hey what ever.

Anyhow it take 1 hour and 20 mins to drive there in 18 tone truck to Bangor. We had to stop at Tesco for are first drop. Anyhow there was a class 1 truck in the loading bay and he is late so we end up waiting for hour and 20 mins. So we were sorting out all the order there and then so all we have to do is drop it off.
So after Bangor we went to 6 small Villages and 2 towns before heading to Hollyhead for Tesco, Iceland and farmfoods. After that i started to notice something just not right we the truck. As in sound and feels little different. Anyhow we carryed on and done another 3 shop I start pulling away in 2nd gear which ok for trucks.

Tho when i was trying to pull away there was no power as in i wasnt pulling away fast. I said shit i think we have a problem. So i stoped and tryed again but again no change i looked in the mirror again and i start seen Black smoke coming out of the truck. I was getting worryed thought we on fire. So i pulled in a Lay by and called for help. The problem was the Turbo was not working right so all i have to do is press on botton to adjust the turbo. Funny it delayed us another hour but it was ok after that. By this time Lez taken over as drive as i couldnt be arsed.

Tho we finshed at 12 today so it was an ok run still. Tho some thing kinda worry me as in the Hours and the work load. I dont mind work but i am a little worryed that i start 2am and i need to leave by 3am. Reason is i carry large load of breat to Supermarket and other half is normal shops. Supermarkets are great its sorted and labeled. The normal shop well thats the problem it takes time to get the order sorted. I dont want to work over 10 hour end of! Thats my personal rule and yet i think i be fighting with time. So i need to foreward plan and sort it out quick as poss so i can go home.
The other problem atm is 2am starts. Why? well i wake up at 1:15 and leave by 1:30am for 2 and when i finsh on good day its 12 noon on my own. if not a good day 2-3pm I need to be in bed by 5pm so that doesnt feel like i have time for my self you know? This company is on my list for now to work full time once contract end but i think i take another HGV job if there are other. Only because if i found a Day time job i think it suit me better because i can socialze? whith this hours. Its not some what not natrul too because the timing when i sleep. If it was all night fine late fine but days fine but 2am mm i finding it hard.

Atm the agent i am with got loads of HGV so i dont think i worryed about that. I get £7.70ph for 45hours aweek. Which bring about £270 after taxes O.o I was shocked about that because its like 22% to taxs. In the Army i pay less taxs. If I worked for them on Perm bases it be 8.50ph i think. Anyhow i not complained just looking at it what if this and that you know?

Also as the Army still havent paid me i going to phone them on Friday morning to complain about this and i will find out ilegal advice if i have charges and late charges if i cant get them off. The army didnt state it could take upto 28 days after i left. I was like WTF!! So this Friday wages gone right off :( I was hoping i can ride next week but i cant :( as it doesnt look like i have money to go and ride.

Why i so badly need to ride well do you really need to ask? 3 years now and its fucking killing me. I seen horses in the field and makes me sad. I love horse so much and it is apart of me. Also Lez taken loads of pic on the drive and some pics of me I hate. Reason is i am Fat and i need to be active and horses will do that.

I spoken to a yard and i going to see the yard manager 2moro about helping in the afternoon. If they have horses that need Excerising i going to see can i get to do some too. So i think i help everyday when i am working too. SO that mean the days off i chill out totaly!

EVE-Online looking like i its going to end! I love that game too but work + horses = no time. Days off = means time. Tho we see tho. Oh sorry for grammer i am tired and cant be arsed to check SORRY! :(

Well I am again so dam happy. I enjoyed my drive today. I was singing on the way home in the car :) To day i went to hollyhead and around that irland. The View tho was awesome when you look at the main land all all you see is Big mountains! I wish i had pics of that too bnut maybe 2moro.

Anyhow today i was driving this kinds of truck.


Last time i was driving this Size was in Feb but when i got in it i was fine. I was driving so well and smooth. The other experiance driver asked how long you been driving? I replyed just started i dont the test in feb. He was so suprised :) Also managment was happy with me giving my best and trying to learn the routs and how to deal with stuff. "moro tho i have a 2am start because i am going to sort it all my self. Its not a busy day so mite as well start somewhere.

Well today is my Day off and i some what happy now. Only because i have a job now and i think i going to like it. I started on Friday with a company called Allied Barkery? not sure i spelling it right. So anyhow First day i was getting the idea how there mulit drop like and how to sort order out etc. I was so tired tho as it was a 3am start but i went there at 1:30am tho because i was worryed i wasnt going to wake up :)

So anyhow when we left we were going to head towards banger and sorounding area. I wished i taken my camorder to take some pics because the View were O.o Anyway so the first day was ok and on the secound day. I was going with the boss (Manager) to deliver to same area and he was impressed already. Because what i learn before like try and make order before going so when i get to the shop all i have to do is drop the good off and go. So while he was running around with driver i was sorting out order to save time. That alone really impressed him so yer i think i mite get a job there for good :) Also he given me a large van to take half the order to save time so that worked well because i was at home by 11am :)

I did take some pics tho mainly at my 30mins stop and taken Video while drive. No dont worry most of it was on the dash borad :) So i upload them and show ya later :) So now i can get free bread too :) hehe oh and its King's mill bread mmm

i been looking at train driver for some time. I wish i went for this instead. Tho it looks hard to do the course. C as u work on the platform can u give me ur view on this?

Also looks like i have to look in town with agentice on Fork lift jobs. Not alot showing online for wrexham area but have requirment for at least 2 years experiance. So thats going to be a pain.

Taxi jobs doesnt seem to be good as it was once was. Tho i not even looking at HGV until i pass my test.

well i still up waiting for the dam washing to finsh! I been posting and reading Myspace and enjoying it. Playing BF2 and EVE and enjoying that. I also been looking though people profile at one stag of the day as i was bored. Oh i have noticed one thing about my self. I feel happy with in and calm. Why well things in work that normanly piss me off in a big way. This time tho for the past week i been feeling annoyed and my aggression under control!!

I was looking though myspace friends list and man i have so many yet too many to try and talk to! I with i can meet all at once and have a party tho . Oh and u guys to spicely some of u nice people :P Anyhow i just looked at Leigh profile and u ask why? well just woundered how she doing really thats all and nosie hehe. doing good i guess and really i look back and i dont feel annoyed or angry. Weird tho how i feel today i feel like a whole person. Ever since i seen Kate again tho i must say! Thing is with Kate we talked about getting married but its in a years from now but we have other things on the more important list before the next stage. Bah i stop tho i just about to go on and on but i wont. I just basicly in Love with Kate and Very confident!

So yer i going to try and finsh work early 2moro if i not on lates and go to the bank as i need money! Need ink for printer and something else. I Also going to pay the speeding ticket as well. i cant be arsed fighting it i have other things on my mind and its alot!

With the Horses well i have the feeling to ride and its getting stronger and stronger by the day! I so feel like asking can i ride but problem is i can but if i do they get arsey! like u can ride u can do duties etc. Which i want to stay away from and keep it calm for the next 2 and half months. Oh yer did i say io failed the theary? Test for LGV = Large trucks. i have 34 out of 35 which the pass it 30 out of 35 and the other one with the video i have 46 out of 75 but i need 50! So all i have to do is practice on the computer and i be fine the next time!

In December i need to get some new glasses as well for the course so i have no problems in reading the licence plat! oh and Kate gift too :P but i hoping i can go home for a couple of days tho. Well anyhow read some more and sort out my washing for 2moro!!
