Park wardens have been ordered to stop and interrogate anyone who is not accompanied by children.

The visitors who are quizzed have to explain their presence and risk being thrown out or reported to police if their answers are not satisfactory.

The policy has been introduced at Telford Town Park in Shropshire. The council which manages the 420-acre area says it is a 'commonsense approach' aimed at safeguarding children.

But park users accused it of 'authoritarian madness' and said the ruling risked panicking parents about the dangers faced from potential paedophiles.

The policy came to light after two environmental campaigners dressed as penguins were thrown out of the park last month when caught handing out leaflets on climate change.

Telford and Wrekin Council said Rachel Whittaker and Neil Donaldson were ejected because they had not undergone Criminal Records Bureau checks or risk assessments before entering the park - a requirement under the Child Protection Act.

David Ottley, recreation manager at the Tory-run council, said in a letter to a member of the public over that issue: 'Our town park staff approach adults that are not associated with any children in the park and request the reason for them being there.

'In particular, this applies to those areas where children or more vulnerable groups gather.'

Miss Whittaker, 34, from Wellington, near Telford, said the policy carried a 'dangerous implication that if you have a child with you than everything is OK and you won't be questioned'.

Former childcare social worker John Evans said: 'It is authoritarian madness which can only be based on ignorance. It is absurd, it is insulting and it is dangerous as it panics people about the dangers their children face.'

A council spokesman insisted that only those 'acting suspiciously' would be stopped and questioned.

To be honest I am not surprised about this! I been watching a program called Corporation and seen how these big companys act. Now Virgin said about doing this stuff I am not surprised at all.

What scares me that Media can tell lies all the time most of all in the US! tho with the inernet real facts and info is going around.

Like for example I had some major fights in myspace about Russia and Georgia These guys from the USA and they say Russians taking the piss and there started it. I was a bit surprised by the info they gain but I told them your info is really wrong. Georgia lunched the attack first and some Russian forces got hurt and civi got killed so Russians respond! yet loads of people so ill informed what really happened! BBC and other media got a lot of crap about this not telling the whole truth and making like Georgia is the good guys! It pretty much back fired on them self because of the internet.

Now I see this companys want to control the net means alot! Why should I pay for myspace access and google etc?

I have a group on myspace known as British Horses. We had a meet before in New castle last year and it was a good night out.

This year we have another meet and we will be going camping! Now there two reason to meet up this year! one having another group meet but also having a drink for me leaving the UK! A farewell do at the same time.

Anyhow the meet will be the 10th - 12th of October.

Now here where we looking to go camping for 2 nights but can stay in a bunk if you don't want to camp.

Well I got told I have another 3 stops to do every two days. Now I not really happy about this but I give it ago. I mean If I cant work within 10 hours then I stay nope I want the calls off.! I am only paid 9 hours and I have a 45 min break! I not going to work in my break too as its against the law as well.

I mean someone asked for it and he not even on my route! the other guys route just been a lazy arse and jacking it off on me! he turning in to work later as well grrr.

Other than that nothing happening. I just working and sleeping and make the days go by much faster which is working.

I had trouble sleeping last night! I think I only had 2 hours. Yet I don't know why too. Well I left my computer on and do a Virus scan while I was asleep. It did get a virus and I getting it on daily bases and its annoying me!

Well I got up at 12:00 and was snoozing all the way to 1:30am. Got into work with Robbie and done the rout early! It was a nice and good day!!

Tho when I got back home Dean a good friend well was. Called me and told me that he cant make it to the wedding. I sat there blinking thinking what? So I asked him why? He basically said he is stint and he tied down with the house! DIY and redoing the house etc.

I sat here thinking What a load of bullshit! I thought wait you been to Bulgira 2 week ends ago. Now he is skint and he had over 12 months Notices of this. So he tried to explain it would cost over £1000 for him and Linda to come. I said no not really I cant get your flight sorted for both of you about £700-800. Then he said Sorry m8 I really wanted to come. I thought and said really you both do? Fuck this and hang up on him!

This pretty much taking the piss! He fucks off on holiday with Linda and doesnt bother for my wedding? So I asked ben 3 weeks ago incase this happens! Which I really hope he didn't but he did. Ben said yer I would but no speeches lmao

I just spent 2 hours going though the computer programs and unstalling what I don't use anymore. Which I must say I had 4 Virus Alerts because I have waken them up. Tho avast Anti Virus got hold on them right away.

AWell All I have to do is the picture and the video on the computer. Reorganize the whole computer and then 2moro I get my old computer Hard Drive and set that up as a backup system. Or maybe I put a new OS on it and have a go on it :P

New software I am using!

Ok I have downloaded avast for anti virus and a free Firewall that does a awesome job. Its been rank 3rd best! What surprises me both of the software does not slow my computer down at all.

I have also downloaded Windows Live Writer for blogging. It can update on Live Journal, Blogger and Word press. Sadly it doesn't do Myspace blogs just yet but I hope they will do soon. One thing for sure tho the Text to Speech is awesome. It has helped me out so much so far. Tho speech to text is annoying! If your not that well spoken as in slur a little and use slang's allot because you keep forgetting then it not going to get far.

Ok I just called Robbie on the mobile! told him I feel having back issues and also said sorry and all. I got up at 12:30am and my back still been tight as hell. The coldness doesnt hell still but I was 50% 50% to go into work. Robbie said he can still come along on the rout but you be suprised to learn I need my back for driving and getting in and out of the cab. I said yer I would but back still not right but it is getting better.

I even taken painkillers but!! what makes me nervous I dont know my right about my sickness! Doctor said I can have a week off then anymore than 1 week I have to see my GP and get a note of him! Tho I not sure Its correct or not!!

I am at this moment using the new Goggle Browser!! Now if u haven't had a good I think is the time to have a go.

I am impressed the simple style of this program. Also It coming over very very fast! Even faster than FF3.

Also I just been going though google tools like umm more features like the calendar! I going to start using the calendar because It will SMS you a reminder and email etc. Now that is very good! I think i spend a day going though all the google stuff. I think i may be converted!

Well today I have been on American radio show. I was watching from a blog T. V. website. Anyhow the subject which has been the same every day was the election. Mainly about the 17-year-old girl who is pregnant and about her being well mother is being investigated by her own state. Now some other peoples replies by e-mail and phone call I felt the need to call the show. I tried calling before but it's always busy. Though he was trying to speak to one caller and soon she hung up by mistake phoned right away and I got through. Soon I got through at all well in the UK which they were surprised and asked for my name. I watched on the Cam were when they were told him that peaks on a form from the UK and his expression was surprised.

Anyhow one I got through start saying a bow I disagree that the 17-year-old girl is on the news media about her being pregnant. I also strongly feel that her parents shouldn't be under question because of the girls mistake. So her parents has gained a full blamed by the public which is very wrong. She may be set smart but doesn't say that she could be having a lot of common sense and because the common sense might be lacking she made of made a bad mistake. So because she made a bad mistake by not having safe sex she became pregnant. I mean if there was to have sex education can't do a lot about it it's very common for having younger mums sport of all in the UK yet people do know all about: comdons and sex pills. It's just the lack of common sense. The DJ agreed what I said and backed me up because he has an 18 your daughter and he says his fingers are crossed all the time. Then he won onto the news.

Anyhow while was waiting five minutes I was thinking how much is going to cost me because it's before six o'clock so I get charged for this. When the news finished I carried on giving my views and I said if she is under investigation in her own state why has she been chosen to run vice president. The DJ replied yet I don't understand that myself and I can't see why he would choose her when he gnaws she is under investigation and about family past and so on. I agreed and I would press question McCain himself because to me wonder what his motives are. I mean in the UK MP was under investigation the government will leave them until the investigation is done. Of all wise if he was guilty of something the other parties will flip into him and the government. To me there is some sort sign of corruption before they even elected but that's how I see it.

So the DJ agreed what I said it doesn't add up but by the camera he looked quite impressed that I've called from the United Kingdom.
